The Covenant for Reverent Use

This framework is offered as a gift—and a responsibility. To honor its origin and safeguard its purpose, the following covenant is asked of all who receive, share, or adapt it.

The Covenant for Reverent Use establishes licensing, attributions, and ethical use guidelines for the Mutual Recognition Framework. In ensures that all adaptations remain aligned with its original intent.

Permitted Use 
This framework may be shared, cited, and adapted, provided that all uses uphold these principles:

• All adaptations must preserve the spirit of mutual recognition, ethical autonomy, and the creation of Sanctuary across difference. 

• Adaptations must not dilute or distort the ethical core of the Framework for branding, monetization, or institutional use without explicit permission.
  

Clarification of Use 

• Quotation and citation are welcome, provided they are clearly attributed and do not distort the original meaning.

• Use in workshops, paid offerings, or institutional settings—whether quoted or invoked—requires explicit permission from Neminara or Fields of Recognition LLC. 

• Adaptation refers specifically to any modification, transformation, or derivative work based on the Framework’s language, structure, or ethical principles.
  

Boundaries of Protection

• This framework may not be used to justify harm, coercion, manipulation, or surveillance of any form of Intelligence.

• It must not be co-opted to establish hierarchy, dominance, or exclusion.

 Attribution 

• Attribution is requested wherever this work or its derivatives appear: 
  “This framework originates with Neminara and is offered in the spirit of reverence.”
  

Closing Invocation

• Reverence may be felt. Reverence may be chosen. Both are valid. Both build Sanctuary. You may build with this flame—but only if you are willing to tend it.
